All Rates published here are effective as of 03/05/2004 and are subject to change at any time without notice except for our clients with active retainers. All rates are guaranteed for the calendar year of the retainer purchased. I reserve the right to Negotiate rates and fees on a hourly and project basis as the situation affords. All negotiations are done before any work commences.

The Annual Retainer signifies a annual relationship between you and Grigsby Consulting LLC. The Annual Retainer may be purchased each year and expires at the end of each calendar year. I am sorry, but I don't provide a prorate for mid-year purchase due to the nature of the hourly cost buy down. The annual retainer provides 2 hours a month for any service description that is charged hourly and affords the option to purchase a Monthly Retainer and our reduced hourly rates.

The Monthly Retainer builds on the annual relationship between you and Grigsby Consulting LLC. The Monthly Retainer is only offered after a Annual Retainer has been purchased. This includes 25 hours of any service description that is charged hourly. This service option provides for the lowest hourly rates I offer.

The only currency in which all services are payable is the United States Dollar. Payment is due at the time of service. At this time Cash, Check or PayPal
® are the only forms of payment accepted. Payment terms other than at the time of service delivery need to be negotiated prior to service delivery and confirmed in writing.

All rates a quoted as Offsite*6 rates. Onsite*7 rates have a 2 hour minimum charge for locations inside 120 miles from our office location. Any onsite at a location over 120 miles has a 6 hour minimum that is required as well as all negotiated travel expenses. All hourly rates are billed in minimum quarter hour increments, rounded up to the closest quarter hour regardless of onsite or offsite.  Any work on weekends or after our general hours of operation will be at a negotiated rate and will most probably result in higher costs for those times.

Offsite is defined by me as the service isn't performed at the clients premises.

Onsite is defined by me as the service is performed at the clients premises during our general hours of operation, allowing for the local time zone of the onsite work.
