Hamilton County, Indiana based micro-business consultancy designed to
offer the breadth of the areas of consulting I practice.
Most practice areas of my
consulting are focused on Information
Technology, Business Process Automation and Operational
Management.
My
consulting services in these areas are tailored to scale
the "Front
and
Back Office Systems" used in most businesses,
from the micro-business all the way up to medium enterprise.
Those services are based on
their operational management needs of businesses with 1 to 500
employees and a yearly sales revenue below 100 million.
I enjoy working with large
businesses when I am
directly reporting to the project sponsor, key decision
maker or working as a sub-contractor.
I focus
my passion, energy and skills on micro to medium businesses
due to the personal satisfaction I derive from working
closely with the stake holder.
Each consulting engagement is
typically delivered in a short time
frame,
usually under 60 days, to maximize
“Return on Investment”
to the client. I thrive on variety,
new challenges and short time frames.
